COLOR THEORY COLLAGE SELF PORTRAIT

Right off the bat, I want to admit that this project was a little rushed. I spent a little too long on my last one, so, this one suffered. All the same, it turned out okay, and even if I wasn't entirely happy with it, I think getting used to the tools was reason enough to be proud that I even managed to finish it.

I chose the color red for my project. Different shades of it, not including pink, considering I think I matched most all of them as far as personality goes. Mainly, the theme here was courage, passion, willpower, and ambition. I'm the type of person that gets really dedicated to whatever their likes and interests are. I get into my work, and when I do, I work hard. I'm probably one of the most headstrong people I know, not really fond of taking no for an answer with really, really strong opinions.

Admittedly, a lot of this stuff doesn't really appear to have too much meaning. Iron Man and Jeff over there aren't really too significant, just things that I enjoy. Superheros were sort of my dad and my thing, Saturday movies were every Saturday, and it would be a cold day in Florida before he went and saw some sort of chick flick. Puzzle piece is both the symbol for autism, which is something I don't take all that lightly (My little brother has it) and it's a sign for logic and reason, something I've always liked about myself. Gears down below, both because mechanics is just about my favorite thing ever, and because it's the HS symbol for time. Last but not least, the huge SBP and Youtube logos, because I'd be lying if I said much of my life stretched beyond drawing and the internet. Those last two things are pretty much my life story.
